2. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)
2.1 Your Right to Cancel
Under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
2.2 Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
If you ordered multiple goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the last item.

3. Effects of Withdrawal
3.1 Refund
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
3.2 Refund Timeline
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than:
- 14 days after we receive the returned goods; or
- 14 days after you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier
3.3 Refund Method
We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
3.4 Deductions
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4.4 Condition of Returned Goods
Products should be returned:
- In unused condition (for sealed products that have not been opened)
- In original packaging where possible
- With all accessories and documentation
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once opened after delivery
- Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items
Important: VitaTonus dietary supplements that have been opened may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. Unopened products in original sealed packaging are eligible for return.
6. Defective Products
6.1 Your Rights Under Consumer Law
Under Norwegian consumer protection law, you have additional rights if products are defective:
- Products must be of satisfactory quality
- Products must be fit for purpose
- Products must match any description provided
6.2 Complaint Period
